Mongolia on the Fly

Mongolia is the land of legend – Nomads, sweeping steppes, throat singers, magnificent horsemanship, and one of the largest salmonids in the world.  With insight developed from over two decades of journeys throughout the country and region, Mongolia on the Fly covers travel in the country, cultural aspects, the great rivers, and fishing for not just taimen, but also lenok and grayling.  This program will focus partly on the biology and natural history of these fishes, as well as fishing opportunities for taimen and lenok in Kazakhstan and Russia.
